Treble is a skill-based fantasy sports contest platform operated at gotreble.xyz ("Platform"). Users collect digital player cards and compete in contests based on real World Cup 2026 match performance. Treble is a fantasy game of skill — contest outcomes are determined by real athletic performance, not chance.

Treble is not a gambling service. Prize distribution is based on skill rankings derived from real sports statistics.

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports contests with prizes are prohibited
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Treble personnel
• Have a valid email address and Solana wallet for prize withdrawal

By creating an account, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend accounts that do not comply.

Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

One account per person: Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain competitive advantages may result in permanent disqualification.

Username: Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or violate third-party rights. We reserve the right to reclaim or change usernames at our discretion.

Account security: Notify us immediately at support@gotreble.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Player cards are digital collectibles issued on the Treble Platform. Owning a card grants you:

• The right to use the card in contests on the Platform
• The right to list the card for sale on the Treble marketplace

Cards are not financial instruments, securities, or investments. Their value is purely functional within the Platform. Treble does not guarantee any resale value for cards.

Card edition sizes are fixed at mint and cannot be increased. Serial numbers are assigned sequentially and are permanent.

How contests work: You submit a lineup of exactly 3 player cards for a live World Cup match. Points are awarded based on real in-game performance (goals, assists, saves, cards, etc.) tracked via official data feeds.

Prize structure: The top 10% of entries finish In The Money (ITM). Prize distribution follows a poker-style geometric curve — first place receives the largest share, tapering to a minimum cash for the last ITM position.

Prize payment: Prizes are credited to your Treble account balance in USD equivalent and paid out as USDC on the Solana blockchain. Withdrawals are processed within 2–3 hours of request.

Minimum withdrawal: $1.00 USD equivalent.

Forfeit: Prizes unclaimed after 12 months of account inactivity may be forfeited. We will attempt to notify you before forfeiture.

The Treble marketplace allows peer-to-peer trading of player cards.

• A 10% platform royalty applies to all secondary sales
• The seller receives 90% of the listed price
• Once a listing is confirmed and payment verified, sales are final and non-refundable
• Treble is not a party to peer-to-peer transactions and does not provide buyer protection beyond the platform mechanics

$TREBLE is a utility token that can be used to purchase packs at a 15% discount. $TREBLE is not a security, investment, or financial instrument. Holding $TREBLE does not confer ownership, equity, or governance rights in Treble. Token utility may change with Platform updates.

Accepted currencies: SOL, USDC, and $TREBLE on the Solana blockchain only. Do not send funds from other blockchains — they cannot be recovered.

Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Treble is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks.

Refunds: Pack purchases and contest entry fees are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. If a technical error prevents pack delivery, we will credit your account equivalent value.

Nation Wars is an optional feature where users align with a national team. Nation selection is permanent and cannot be changed after confirmation. Nation Wars prize pools are distributed at the conclusion of the World Cup 2026 tournament. Treble reserves the right to modify Nation Wars mechanics, prize pool calculations, and distribution schedules.

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts or collude with others to manipulate contest results
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended Platform behaviour
• Engage in money laundering or use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Treble staff
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action.

All Platform content, code, design, trademarks, and card artwork are the intellectual property of Treble or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Player statistics used for scoring are sourced from licensed data providers. Player names and likenesses are used under applicable fair use / editorial provisions for fantasy sports contexts.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREBLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TREBLE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK FAILURES, THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OUTAGES, OR ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via support@gotreble.xyz.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or Platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must close your account.
